KIDS and TEENAGERS programs

Once tuition has been received, the participant's spot is reserved for the entire program and the parent/guardian is responsible for the entire tuition amount for that program. No portion of tuition will be refunded after the program has started to which the participant has attended. However, we often have waitlists for our programs and if someone on the waitlist can fill the spot, the parent/guardian may receive a partial refund. A waitlist does not guarantee fulfillment of the spot. If there is inclement weather (i.e school snow days) and class has to be canceled for safety, all material planned for that class will be made up in subsequent classes. 

 

ADULT programs

Once tuition has been received, your spot is reserved for the entire program and you are responsible for the entire tuition amount for that program. No portion of tuition will be refunded after the program has started to which you have attended. However, we often have waitlists for our programs and if someone on the waitlist can fill the spot, you may receive a partial refund. A waitlist does not guarantee fulfillment of the spot. If there is inclement weather (snow, blizzards, etc) and class has to be canceled for safety, all material planned for that class will be made up in subsequent classes. 

 

SUMMER camps 

If any summer camp program is cancelled by Mary Ward Acting/Improv prior to the start date, then the amount you've paid will be fully refunded. If the parent/guardian of the camper cancels, they must notify Mary Ward Acting/Improv in writing. If notification is received more than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the camp every effort will be made to fill your spot with someone from the waitlist. A waitlist does not guarantee fulfillment of the spot. If your spot cannot be filled by someone on the waitlist, then the amount paid will be applied as a credit towards future classes or camps. If your spot can be filled by someone on the waitlist, you'll receive a refund of the amount you paid less a $20 processing fee. Notification received less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the camp will result in no credit or refund.

TUITION  

All invoices are emailed to the email address entered on your registration form. Your invoice will include payment details for the classes, camps, programs, or workshops you've signed up for along with payment methods. Service fee applies.

LOCATION

All programs, unless otherwise indicated, are located at St. Paul's Parish Hall Performance Space, 7426 South Broadway, Red Hook, NY on the southeast corner of Broadway and Fisk Street.
