POLICIES

FOR SEPTEMBER THROUGH MAY PROGRAMS

  • ​If you miss a class, you may attend any other improv class as a make up.

  • Once you sign up and your invoice has been sent, your spot is held for five (5) days until tuition is received.

  • Once tuition has been received from the student, his/her space is reserved for the entire program and you are responsible for the entire tuition amount for that program.

  • No portion of tuition will be refunded after the program has started to which the student has attended. However, we often have wait lists for our programs and if someone on the wait list can fill the spot, you will receive a partial refund. The wait list does not guarantee fulfillment of the spot.

 

FOR BITS OF BROADWAY SUMMER CAMP

If BITS OF BROADWAY is cancelled by Mary Ward Acting/Improv then the amount you've paid will be fully refunded.

If the parent/guardian of the camper cancels, they must notify Mary Ward Acting/Improv in writing and the following applies:

  • Notification received through July 1, 2021: If your spot cannot be filled by someone on the waitlist, then the amount paid will be applied as a credit towards future classes or camps. If your spot can be filled by someone on the waitlist, you'll receive a refund less a $20 processing fee. .

  • Notification received after July 2, 2021: the amount paid will not be credited or refunded.

TUITION AND FEES 

All invoices are emailed to the email address entered on your registration form. Your invoice will include payment details for the classes, programs, or camps you've signed up for along with payment methods.

LOCATION

All programs, unless otherwise indicated, are located at St. Paul's Parish Hall Performance Space, 7416 South Broadway, Red Hook, NY on the southeast corner of Broadway and Fisk Street.
